All Digital Weeks 2026:
\nBuilding a healthier digital future

All Digital Weeks 2026<\/strong> once again brought together organisations, educators, and communities across Europe to promote digital inclusion and empower people with essential digital skills.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Running from 9th to 25th March<\/strong>, the campaign reached 55.000 participants<\/strong> through 470+ events<\/strong> organised in 24 countries<\/strong>, highlighting the importance of digital skills for participation, resilience, and opportunity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

On Wednesday, 1st April 2026<\/strong>, the closing event of All Digital Weeks opened with an inspiring message from Francesca Maltauro, Deputy Head of Unit, Digital Education at the European Commission, <\/strong>who shared the European Commission’s priority: digital progress to enhance citizens’ well-being.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The Commission\u2019s 2021-2027 action plan<\/strong> stresses the importance of digital skills alongside traditional literacy, empowering learners to navigate the digital world safely. Maltauro also emphasised that skills alone aren\u2019t enough. Technology must be designed with safety in mind, and educators need updated guidelines to address issues like disinformation and cyberbullying. Families and strong regulations, such as the Digital Services Act<\/strong>, also play crucial roles in promoting balanced digital habits<\/strong>.<\/p>


She concluded by underscoring that a resilient workforce depends on digital wellbeing<\/strong>, fostering trust in digital tools and ensuring no one is left behind in the digital transformation. All Digital Weeks continues to support people at every stage of their digital journey<\/strong>, with educators, trainers, volunteers, and community leaders contributing to its success through grassroots initiatives.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
