No digital wellbeing without digital inclusion <\/strong><\/h3>

How\u00a0<\/span>h<\/span>ealthy\u00a0<\/span>d<\/span>igital\u00a0<\/span>h<\/span>abits\u00a0<\/span>b<\/span>uild\u00a0<\/span>c<\/span>onfidence and\u00a0<\/span>p<\/span>articipation<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>

As digital technologies become ever more embedded in our daily lives, they shape how we communicate, learn, work, and interact with others. While\u00a0digitalisation\u00a0opens new opportunities, it also influences access to information, relationships, and participation in society, raising important challenges related to\u00a0wellbeing, inclusion, and safety.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Digital participation is not neutral: the way people engage with technology can empower them or deepen exclusion and vulnerability. For many, including young people, older adults, and those with lower levels of digital skills, online environments can feel overwhelming, unsafe, or harmful to wellbeing. This is why healthy digital habits are not optional, but a fundamental condition for meaningful and inclusive digital participation.<\/span><\/p><\/div>

Why\u00a0healthy\u00a0digital\u00a0habits\u00a0matter<\/h4>

Healthy digital habits help people use technology in ways that support wellbeing, autonomy, and confidence. They enable individuals to manage screen time,\u00a0recognise\u00a0online risks, protect their privacy, and engage critically with digital content. Without these skills, digital environments can expose users to misinformation, online harassment, privacy violations, or patterns of use that undermine trust and participation.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Insights from civil society and educational practice increasingly highlight similar concerns. Users report the negative effects of excessive screen time, the lack of safe online spaces, and limited awareness of digital rights, including data protection and the right to data deletion. These challenges tend to affect most strongly those who already face barriers to digital inclusion, reinforcing inequalities rather than reducing them.<\/span><\/p>

Healthy digital habits therefore play a crucial role in ensuring that\u00a0digitalisation\u00a0benefits everyone. About All Digital Weeks:<\/strong><\/h6>

We are proud to announce that All Digital Weeks 2026 is supported by 22 National Coordinators<\/strong> across 20 European countries<\/strong>, driving impact at national and local level.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Running from\u00a0<\/span>9 to 25 March 2026<\/span><\/b>, All Digital Weeks is one of the major pan-European awareness raising campaigns on digital skills for inclusion, empowerment and employment, bringing together organisations, trainers, and learners around Europe in a shared mission to equip citizens with essential digital competences.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The 2026 edition focuses on \u201c<\/span>Digital\u00a0wellbeing for a competitive Europe<\/span><\/b>\u201d, highlighting digital\u00a0wellbeing as a key condition for inclusion, trust, and long-term competitiveness. The campaign connects local practice, professional reflection, and policy dialogue across Europe.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

All Digital Weeks 2026 will open on\u00a0<\/span>10\u00a0March\u00a0<\/span><\/b>with a European\u00a0launch\u00a0event in Brussels, followed by a wide range of national and local events, training activities, and online initiatives coordinated by\u00a0national\u00a0coordinators and featured on the campaign\u2019s interactive map of events. The campaign will close with an online event\u00a0reflecting\u00a0its impact, celebrating the\u00a0All Digital\u00a0Weeks Trophies winners, and\u00a0showcasing\u00a0selected national success stories.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
