As we expand our network and activities, we are opening opportunities for motivated professionals to join our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a <strong>Project Development Junior Manager<\/strong>, you will support All Digital\u2019s Project Development team in designing and coordinating funding proposals that advance digital inclusion and education across Europe.<\/p>\n<p>You will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor EU and foundation funding opportunities relevant to digital education and inclusion.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, including narrative and budget sections.<\/li>\n<li>Support consortium coordination by liaising with partners and collecting required inputs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with partner mapping, stakeholder outreach, and proposal planning.<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain internal databases and proposal trackers.<\/li>\n<li>Support internal coordination with communication and project implementation teams.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvement by using digital and AI tools to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be coached by the <strong>Head of Project Development<\/strong> and work closely with senior team members in project and communication units.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Candidate profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for someone who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Has 1\u20133 years of experience in EU-funded projects, fundraising, or partnership management.<\/li>\n<li>Understands the basics of EU programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, or CEF.<\/li>\n<li>Writes clearly and accurately in English (other European languages are an asset).<\/li>\n<li>Is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Works well in a multicultural and collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<li>Shows interest in digital inclusion, education, and European cooperation.<\/li>\n<li>Is curious about learning to use AI tools in professional contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Is proficient of using word and excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contract and growth opportunities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a <em>Contrat d\u2019Immersion Professionnelle<\/em> for 6 months, renewable.<br \/>\nYou will receive a monthly allowance of <strong>\u20ac1,035.20<\/strong> and work from our Brussels office located in the European Quarter, with some flexibility for remote work depending on business needs.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>All Digital<\/strong>, your growth is our priority.
