We know what such Action Plan should include and how to implement it!<\/p>\n<p>So, we put our heads together with three other associations &#8211; CEPIS, ECDL Foundation and the European e-Skills Association &#8211; to <strong>encourage the European Commission<\/strong> to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>promote DigComp as the reference for <b>learning, teaching, assessment and certification of digital skills to be used\u00a0<\/b>by most digital skills training providers, similarly to how the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CERF)<\/li>\n<li>provide <strong>clear guidelines<\/strong> to national bodies (Ministries of Education, Labour or Welfare as well as State employment agencies)<\/li>\n<li>support\u00a0<b>awareness-raising campaign(s)<\/b> at EU and national level<\/li>\n<li>foresee\u00a0<b>targeted financial support <\/b>in European programmes for organizations to align their competence development solutions to the framework, run pilot projects or raise awareness<\/li>\n<li>establish and support a\u00a0<b>coordination\/secretariat body <\/b>for the implementation of DigComp<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><a href=\"http:\/\/all-digital.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/DIGCOMP-policy-paper-feb2017_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">You can read the position paper\u00a0here.<\/a><\/h5>\n<p>Three years ago, we argued that <a href=\"http:\/\/all-digital.org\/digital-competence-and-employability-tes-policy-position\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DigComp should be used for digital skills for employability for non-ICT professionals<\/a>. The recommendations we made then were followed and DigComp 2.0 takes this into account.
